Teddy Long

Fans, as is usual for Thursday evening, Smackdown was broadcast in my local area yesterday.
The cruiserweights put on a good show. Paul London will head to the Royal Rumble, where inevitably, he will lose. Nonetheless, his closing splash was more than impressive.
Kurt Angle put on another great performance, just as the fans have come to expect from him. Angle is so good he makes his job look effortless. At the same time a blind man could see that Angle carried JBL throughout most of their match. JBL looked like a shoe-shine boy in training.
Nonetheless, and not to take anything away from Mr. Angle, Teddy Long stole the show, hands down. As he has done time and time again when it comes to sheer entertainment value, Teddy showed the wrestling world exactly how it is done. He cracked right and left on the usual "posse of peckerwoods" and showed no mercy while he was doing it.
Without a doubt, the best thing going these days in McMahonland is Teddy Long.
