Royal Stumble Results
Posted by: Krazy Loop on 01/30/2005

Fans, with few exceptions, once again the WW”e” did not fail to miss an opportunity to disappoint many, if not all of us. Here are tonight's PPV results:

Edge v/s Michaels. Win for Edge. This match barely requires commentary because in truth, who cares what happened? Michaels is on the backside of his career and Edge isn’t exactly the most exciting wrestler in the company. He never has been and probably won’t ever make it that far.

Undertaker v/s Heidenreich. Win for Undertaker. I admit I am biased here since the Undertaker has long been a personal favorite of mine. His longevity is in large part due to the fact that he doesn’t overplay his gimmick and connects with the fans. On the other hand, we can watch firsthand another sorry tale unfold right before our eyes with Heidenreich. That tale is the standard WW”e” operating procedure of mishandling a guy with promise. Make no mistake, at this point in his nascent career with the WW”e,” Heidenreich is doing what he is told. The translation to his gimmick means Heidenreich being terrified with small spaces, like the inside of a casket, is believable but Heidenreich reading poetry to the fans is not. The guy isn’t Lanny Poffo and without doubt is never going to become The Genius. On the other hand, WW”e” writers should know better by now but it doesn’t appear that they do.

JBL v/s Angle v/s The Big Show. Win for JBL. Fans, why is it that the least qualified guy always seems to win matches like these? JBL isn’t connecting as he should for a title holder despite his long push. It’s time to give the belt to the best athlete, wrestler, and entertainer in the company: Kurt Angle. It’s also time The Big Show took an extended vacation.

HHH v Randy Orton. HHH wins again. My, my, what a shocker that is. Both men are very good. Orton no doubt learns much from HHH every time he gets near him, but we have said for a long time now that HHH matches are totally predictable and for that reason are no longer much fun to watch.

Royal Rumble Match. Batista defeats Cena and wins. While taking nothing away from Cena, finally the fans get an outcome they like. We hope Batista gets the push he deserves. Then cut the guy loose from the writers and let's see what he can do. It appears to our crew that he will do just fine.
