How Edge-Hole & Lita-For-Brains Hurt The WW”e”

Fans, the Edge & Lita disaster appears to be having serious repercussions far beyond the normal WW”e” screwups. What occurred is the trashiest thing to fall out of the WW"e" in memory. Barn cats are known to have better morals. Having sex with a fake dead woman was tasteless but it was not real.

It is no secret that Vince would like nothing better than to rub elbows with a “better class of people.” Above all for Vince the company comes first. He wants others to view it as a respectable operation. He knows full well the strategic view must be constantly considered for the company to survive long term. Then along come Edge & Lita, two morons who can’t keep their underwear on. What they did could not have happened at a worse time.

Let’s view parts of a current article we got from 1W:

“ . . . WWE RAW is cable TV's highest rated show but . . . it does not generate enough . . . to cover the $40 million dollars annually that WWE wants . . . .

“ . . . Tennis and Dog Shows (have) lower ratings . . . but bring in more advertising revenue which is all that really matters.

“. . . a network executive speaking on condition of anonymity said wrestling was never as popular with advertisers . . . .”

The WW”e” needs major advertisers, i.e., the ones who feed everyone connected with the WW”e” on a daily basis. Companies with bazillion dollar advertising budgets underwrite all other professional sports but don’t support the WW”e” because in their view it is not respectable. Edge and Lita dropped the WW”e” down the sewer on the respectability scale. The WW”e” also spends precious dollars advertising its PPVs, most notably the upcoming Wrestlemania. Edge and Lita diverted the attention of the fans thereby wasting advertising dollars. Who wants to see trash like them? Some will but many others are so turned off now they will not buy tickets and/or PPVs.

If you doubt this is true, go back and read Mr. Styles' article again. Then note that WM tickets are still available.

Vince needs to fire Edge and Lita.
